Subject and duration

We provide Dorea for managing your supporter relationships. The agreement applies for as long as your account exists.

Types of data and data subjects

Contact details, gift and pledge data, notes, prayer requests and tasks about your supporters, prospects and other contacts.

Instructions

We only process the data to provide Dorea to you and only on your instructions, which you give by using its features.

Confidentiality and security

Everyone with access is bound to confidentiality. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted transport (TLS), access restricted to your own account, hashed passwords, regular backups and hosting in Germany.

Sub-processors

ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland (hosting in Germany). We will inform you before adding new sub-processors; you may object and close your account.

Assistance

We help you respond to data subject requests and notify you of personal data breaches without undue delay.

Deletion

After you delete your account, all data is deleted after the period shown unless a legal retention obligation applies. You can download a complete export beforehand.

Evidence

On request we provide the information needed to demonstrate compliance with Art. 28 GDPR.
