Hosting and server logs

Dorea is hosted in Germany by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland. When you visit the site, the server stores technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested page, browser) in log files to keep the service secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest. A data processing agreement is in place with the hoster.

Your account

To register we process your name, email address, an encrypted password and security-relevant sign-in events. This is necessary to provide Dorea (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

Your contacts' data

Contacts, gifts, pledges, notes and tasks you store in Dorea are processed solely on your behalf and on your instructions (Art. 28 GDPR). You remain the controller for this data. The details are set out in the data processing agreement. We do not analyse or share this data.

Emails

We only send emails that your account needs, for example to confirm your address or reset your password.

Cookies and tracking

We only use technically necessary cookies for signing in and remembering your language. There are no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics services.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the settings; all account and contact data is then permanently deleted after the period shown. You can download a complete export beforehand.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
